How to change my delete email account to my new email

Need help! I have a desktop with Windows 10 when got the computer I enter my Hotmail account at start up. Now I had to delete that email account that I register the computer with and I'm trying to change it to my new email account. Any help

    Please follow below steps
    - Login with your old account
    - Add New Account with below steps
       Start->Settings->Accounts->Family & other users
                                        |
       Select Add someone else to this PC
    Choose "I don’t have this person’s sign-in information", then "Add a user without a Microsoft account", OR log in with your new Microsoft account if it's ready

    If adding a Microsoft account, just enter your new email and follow prompts
    - Give Admin Rights to the New Account
       After adding the new account, click on it, choose Change account type, and switch it to Administrator
    - Now you can sign in with new account

    To change the Microsoft account (your Hotmail account) associated with your Windows 10 computer to a new email address, follow these steps:

    Steps to Change the Primary Microsoft Account on Windows 10:

    1. Sign in with the New Email:
      • Open Settings by pressing Windows + I.
      • Navigate to Accounts and select Your info.
      • Click Sign in with a Microsoft account instead (if you’re logged in with a local account) or click Manage my Microsoft account under your existing account info.
      • Sign in using your new email address (your new Microsoft account) and follow the instructions.
    2. Add Your New Microsoft Account:
      • If you're signed in with the old account, go to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users.
      • Under Other users, click Add someone else to this PC.
      • Select I don't have this person's sign-in information and then Add a user without a Microsoft account.
      • Enter the new email address, choose a password, and add your new Microsoft account.
    3. Switch to New Account and Delete Old Account:
      • After adding the new account, log out of the old account and sign into the new account by choosing it on the login screen.
      • After logging in with the new account, go to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users.
      • Select the old account and click Remove to delete it. Note: This will remove the old Microsoft account from the system but doesn't delete the email account itself.
    4. Activate with New Account (Optional):
      • If you’re using Microsoft for Startups resources or other software tied to your old account, you may need to re-register or update login credentials in specific apps or websites related to your Microsoft for Startups program.

    Note for Startup Program Users:

    • If you’re using services like Microsoft Azure for Startups, ensure that your new account has proper access to any resources or credits tied to the previous account. You may need to contact Microsoft support if migration or access to startup resources is required.

    By following these steps, your new email will be linked to the system, and the old Hotmail account will no longer be associated with the device. Let me know if you need further assistance!
