Hi jhoffmanSpilledInc, this sounds like the verification flow is stuck before you can finish claiming the startup credits. I would open a Microsoft for Startups support ticket as soon as possible, especially because the 90-day timer is involved. Include the email used for the startup account, the startup name, screenshots of the page where the flow fails, and the date you first received the offer. If you have an Azure tenant ID or subscription ID connected to the application, include that too. The key point is to show support that the delay is caused by the portal flow, not by you missing the deadline.
