Hi, I am also bugged by this robotic verification process where the team simply doesn't seem to read message, extremely poor support and communication.

I gave domain registration goDaddy payment receipt which confirms name, address, company name, domain name yet they dont tell what is missing there. And that has been going on for a week now.

Absolutely shambles !

I can see that no one has responded to your query as well

I hope someone sees these messages and helps out

Thanks

I struggled for some time but finally with kind support of the team its now resolved for me. In my case it was primarily the mismatch because I had taken office 365 package ie email domain from vendor and vendors details were causing the mismatch. I had to transfer the email to Microsoft and then I was able to edit the details and make those consistent. I hope this helps.
