I'm seeing this broken workflow as well. Attempted to submit a support ticket to get it escalated to the team in charge, but was completely stonewalled by the T1 support person.
I threw two hours of effort at the broken workflow last night. All the usual tricks (incognito, different browsers, clearing data, etc.) have failed.
It seems like the workflow is completely broken for anyone in the mid-verification process. In my case, I'd already completed the LinkedIn step and gotten the $1K in credits, but I am still being prompted for it and I'm unable to complete the additional workflow to get the additional $4K / 180 days.
