Hi josh_intero, if the quota approval email shows the correct region but Azure AI Foundry still shows zero, this is probably a quota propagation or subscription provisioning issue. Check the exact subscription, region, deployment type, and Azure OpenAI resource you are viewing, because quota is scoped. If those all match, open an Azure support ticket and include the quota approval email, subscription ID, region, model, deployment type, and screenshots from Foundry showing zero quota.
