Unable to Install SQL Server 2019 Express
I have been trying to install SQL Server Express but have never been able to finish installing it. Each time I have removed and uninstalled the previous files, I have reset my computer to remove all previous files and I have tried using the Registry Editor in this link (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/sql/database-engine/database-file-operations/troubleshoot-os-4kb-disk-sector-size). I have even tried to see if possible to revert back to Windows 10 but have not been successful. I have reached out to Microsoft support multiple times but not gotten anything figured out. Has anyone encountered the same issue and overcome it?

- Please review the SQL Server installation log file for more details about the error/it's cause.
