Unable to delete maintenance plan in SQL Server instance

Hello All,

I face an issue with SQL Server Maintenance Plan.

I want to delete the plan, but it alert error as below:

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. (mscorlib)

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out.) (.Net SqlClient Data Provider)

This Server recently just change the IP, and the maintenance has been create before the IP changed. 

I think the issue is related with the IP changed because when I show connection properties on that maintenance plan. It show the older IP of this server.

Please help, if we have any ways to delete that maintenance plan or change Local server connection on that maintenance plan.
