Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Ru

Hello,

I want to create a Database with ADO and VS Code 2022 on SQL server 2019. I got this error when I want to configure my project before publish it.

After some search, I have uninstall SQL server ans SSMS and reinstalled them but always the same error happening. I really don't know what is it.

If someone can help me, thanks !
