SSRS report is not loading on local desktop

Hi Expert,

we are using visual studio 2022 and created SSRS report in which common expression for security encryption as a reference.

But once added getting error.

"an error occurred during local SSRS report processing . Failed to load expression host assembly. details: could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.reportingServices.ProcessingCore, version=2021.13.0.0,Culture=neutral, PublicKey=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The parameter is incorrect. (exception from HRESULT: 0x80070057(E_INVALIDARG))"
