SSMS toolbar buttons repeating several times

I'm curious if this can be related with the keyboard shortcuts in SSMS.
Can you go to:
- "Tools" menu, select "Options" .
- Select the keyboard scheme on the "Environment" , "Keyboard" page.
- Hit "Reset"
