I'm using SSMA - SQL Server Migration Assistant for Oracle

Migrating from Oracle to Azure SQL - what are permissions/roles required on Azure SQL side???
Is there a document with the list of permissions or roles required on Azure SQL side??? Create table, create index, etc???
I'm using SQL Server authentication, does the principal need sysadmin role???

I've seen documentation on permissions required on the Oracle side, but found nothing for the Azure side???
