SQL2016 on WS2022

Hello,

ich have a Question about the compatible between WS2022 and SQL Server2016.

I have read that SQL2016 is not supported on WS2022.

The SQL2016 is already run on WS2016. We need to use a new SQL-instance remotly on the WS2022

Is that possible?
