sql server setup failure, it display need setup OLE DB Driver for sql server.but I have download "msoledbsql.msi" , it still can't setup.1.2.3. But actual the Microsoft OLE DB driver for sql server have setup in computer.How to do next?

After repaired, this step have passed, but new failure happened.It need install "SqlLocalDB.msi", it same with previous step, can't install.
