I don't want to see any further comments on this, that's why I am suggesting that this be closed and removed from the forum.

    You're what's wrong with the online help my guy. Would have costed you NOTHING to say how you resolved your issue not just DEMAND to close your own help request where you beg random strangers to help you. I hope every issue you search from now on - leads to a single post dead ends like this!

      teneke​ Their issue was quite obviously that they hadn't installed SQL Server.
      They had only installed SQL Server Management Studio, which is a client to access a SQL Server instance, locally or on the network.
      If you're struggling with your own SQL Server installation, download and install SQL Server Express edition, then use SQL Server Management Studio to access your express instance.

      It should automatically detect your local install.
