Hi,

I'm sorry to tell you, that you are running unsupported hardware.
Qualcomm Snapdragon is an ARM processor.
As seen in the hardware requirements (SQL Server 2022: Hardware & software requirements - SQL Server | Microsoft Learn), the supported CPU architectures are limited to Intel and AMD x86-64 CPUs.

Please attempt to install SQL Server Express on supported hardware.

  There's no way I know to use SQL Server on your machine.
  You have incompatible hardware.
  You may have to look into other database engines that are compatible with your ARM processor. I have no suggestions off of the top of my head.
