SQL Server does not exist or access denied

Hello , 

 

I have one user has this issue 

"SQL Server does not exist or access denied" 

when he tries to acces to sql from excel 

 
 

But the others users doesn't have this issue , I have tried with another user on his computer and It s work very well 

 

COuld  you please advice ?

    Can you see any entry about a failed login attempt in SQL Server ErrorLog? With detail reports it?
