SQL Server Developer access license required
Hi,
we want to use a SQL Server 2019 Developer Edition for testing purposes.
Are there any additional requirements/licenses required for the individual user who accesses the server for testing reasons?
I've read the Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Licensing guide and found none.

Hello Karsten,
Since version 2016 the Developer Edition is free for use, no additional licenses required, but the usage is limited to development & testing purpose.
=> Page 6: "Other specialty editions of SQL Server 2019 include Developer Edition, which is licensed for non-production use; the freely downloadable and distributable Express Edition"
