Hi, I would check the SQL Server ERRORLOG and Windows Application event log first to see the crash module and error right before startup fails. Since this is SQL Server 2022 on a Windows 11 preview build, install the latest SQL Server 2022 cumulative update and confirm the instance works on a supported Windows build if possible. Also test with antivirus exclusions for SQL data, log, backup, and binary folders.
