SQL server 2019 Express "Cannot connect to DESKTOP-KEBH091\SQLEXPRESS."

Hi all

I am starting learning sql server 

I installed SQQL server 2019 express on my laptop by following the tutorial here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFY3z4FwRg0&list=PLoyECfvEFOjYH2C2vl2A8yBPrbkVSbj9l&index=1 (from 4:50 to 8:00)

It worked fine until I decided to upgrade to SQL server 2022 Express. The installation was not successful, and I decided to switch back to 2019. But this one is not working either.

When I try to connect I get a message stating ‘Cannot connect to DESKTOP-KEBH091\SQLEXPRESS.’ Where DESKTOP-KEBH091 is my laptop.

I uninstalled all sql on my machine and restarted te installation, but the problem persists. I tried 3times with no luck. I am desperate.
