SQL Server 2019 Developer Error in SSEI: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS channel

Hi all,

this problem (see subject) is back since November 2021. The SSEI apps for all free versions of SQL Server 2016 - 2019 refuse to run emitting the primary error message: "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel".

Does anybody knows the links for a manual download of the installation ISO? Or any other hint how to cope with this?
