SQL Server 2017 - Snapshot History

Hi

I have just upgraded from SQL 2012 to 2017. My 2012 report had a link using an action which listed all the snapshots, the user could then click the snapshot they wish to see. The link does not work since the upgrade. All the snapshots are there in the history tab but I need to the new url to put in my report.
