SQL Agent Leaving Open Connections

I just noticed on several of our servers that SQL Agent is leaving open hundreds of connections. It appears to be on any server running 15.0.4188.2 or newer. 

Has anybody else noticed this issue and any solutions or suggestions on troubleshooting?
