Setup sync between oracle database to SQL server

hello, 

I want to setup sync between the oracle database to SQL server. I used the data factory to perform this.

through the data factory, I am able to perform a full load from the oracle database to the SQL server. but not able to perform incremental load, so I want any workaround to perform this task through data factory.
