Setting Compatibility Level to 2008 (100) for All DB Restorations

Hi,

I know for individual DBs we can set the compatibility level. Is there a way to set this for the entire MSSQL server, where each DB restorations are assigned a particular compatibility level; without adjusting each and every database properties?
