scheduled yearly task does not start

our scheduled yearly task does not start - normal daily task are working normal.

Any hint ?

    Is this the only task that is not kicking off ? what about the others ?

    Make sure that the task is not in running state (sp_who2 or sp_whoisactive)

    If none of them are starting try by restarting the SQL Server Agent
