Record data from excel file with "Submit" button

Hello folks,

I am trying to find some posts/instructions for recording values from the excel file to SQL database.

Attached is my excel file, and I would like to record the values from the cells:

B12, D12, H12, J12, B15, D15, H15, J15 and so on, into the database that I am going to create.

Also, I would like to create a "Submit" button for sending/recording the data in the SQL database.

Any idea where to find some instructions or how to start my project?
