Thank You olafhelper for the information. I have updated PowerShell code to below:
Restore-DbaDatabase -SqlInstance $ServerInstanceName `
-DatabaseName $dbName `
-Path $file.FullName `
-DestinationDataDirectory F:\MSSQL\DATA `
-DestinationLogDirectory G:\MSSQL\Logs `
-WithReplace `
-EnableException
-KeepCDC True <----This is the change added
