Pointer to SQL Server Protection Level 3 white paper circa 2005

Microsoft had a nice white paper a (long) while ago on configuring SQL Server for "Protection Level 3".  I know it is obviously out of date (pretty sure it pre-dated the ability to use AD accounts as SQL Server accounts for instance), but nothing newer along these lines has been published that I can find and I would like to read this paper again that I once used as a reference many years ago.  Does anyone know where I can find this white paper?  Or a pointer to something newer if there is something newer.
