Oracle Wallet (Secure External Password Store) Support in SSIS 2014

I have numerous automated data pumps from Oracle 12c SE/EE systems into an Oracle 12c EE Data warehouse via MS SSIS 2014. These are defined a stored procedures in SSIS and called via SQLCMD via a 3rd party batch scheduling utility. We store the passwords for the Oracle DB in a EFS encrypted file and pass this to the SQLCMD CLI.

I'm wondering though if I can use Oracle Wallets with the SSIS/SQLCMD CLI?
