"One click" solution to replace existing SQL Server table with data from new Excel spreadsheet

I have a SQL Server table with data that was initially loaded from an Excel spreadsheet.  Once per week going forward, a non-technical member of our team will generate a new version of that spreadsheet, and I need to give him a "one click" solution that will replace the current table data with the data from the new spreadsheet.

What's the easiest way to do this?  I've got no problems with an SSMS solution, VBA scripting, Power Automate, etc., but I need to make this a one-step procedure for the person doing the replace.
