olafhelper Actually the issue is I hosted a database in the MSSQL server in an AWS EC2 instance, whenever I run a large operation from my website which is connected to this MSSQL service getting this error as Error Code: Out of Memory in my browsers in both localhost and external to server.

Varunprakash_S , you didn't clarified where the Out-Of-Memory occurs.
The error message don't look like a SQL Server one, so the error may occurs in web-server.
