Migration in a dual AD/DB state

I am currently trying to migrate the AD server and DB server configured on-premises to Azure VM.

However, both the AD server and DB server are currently in a dual state on-premises, and when migrating to Azure VM, I plan to disable the dualization

and operate only one VM.

In this case, I am wondering if there are any pre-preparations and additional settings that I need to make on MS SQL Server.
