Migrating to SQL from Access

I am about to hit the Access 2Gb database file size limit.  I would like to migrate my Access db to SQL Server using the SQL Server Migration Assistant for Access.  However, the documentation has the filing caveat:

• Remove the Attachment column    SSMA doesn't migrate tables that contain the Attachment column.

This Access db has hundreds of file attachments.  How can I migrate the Access db to SQL?  Thank you.
