That's to less on information for diagnostic.
First, the error message comes from Oracle (data provider), not from MS SQL Server.

Are you using SQL Server on Linux?
AFAIK currently linked server to a RDBMS different the MS SQL Server are not supported.

Linux, database version 11.2.0.4 (upgraded last week from version 10)
but with the previous version it worked correctly
any other ideas?

And the error still comes from Oracle, not SQL Server. Search for, for example:
