Issue with Upgrade to SQL 2022

hello all I have server sql 2019 on server OS 2019 when I run from the setup the upgrade 

before he started I got the error " SQL Server Setup failure: Failed to retrieve data for this request "

    To fix the SQL Server Setup failure: Failed to retrieve data for this request error, try these steps:

    1. Run the setup as Administrator.
    2. Make sure SQL Server 2022 is compatible with your OS and that all Windows updates are installed.
    3. Clear the setup cache by renaming or deleting the folder at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\150\Setup Bootstrap.
    4. Check the setup logs in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\150\Setup Bootstrap\Log 
    5. Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall software, re-download the setup files, and ensure system files are intact with sfc /scannow.
