installing SSMS failing due to windows version.
Hi Microsoft,
please help me with my windows update. currently, my version is windows 11 home. But I'm unable to download SSMS package because, an interface keeps popping up on my screen saying, the package cannot be installed on this windows version. currently, i have no updates to be made in regards to my windows version. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

As you can see in the official document, SSMS is fully supported in windows 11 64bit
The issue might be related to hardware which is not supported or an issue in the installation.
(1) Please try again using the latest version of SSMS from the link I gave you above.
(2) You can try to use Azure Data Studio, which does not require any installation (can even run from external disk-on-key)
Use the zip version if you do not want to install anything
(3) If these did not solve your issue then Please try to elaborate a bit more about your machine hardware and software.
In addition please find the installation log file and provide us the full information, after you remove any sensitive information. It should probably be here: %TEMP%\SsmsSetup\
