Examining your parameters, the only things I can put a finger on is:
- You've located several files on D:\, and haven't shown if that volume exists
- If Volume exist, SQL Server installation is unable to use a directory with files in it as a data/log directory
- /INSTALLSQLDATADIR, /SQLTEMPDBDIR and /SQLTEMPDBLOGDIR are all"<empty>", which I suspect is the actual "incorrect syntax".
- In other words, you haven't configured the installation location of SQL Server itself.
- EDIT: This is not the issue, when not set, defaults are used.
