Excel stuck Waiting for Server on Query
I am trying to add a fairly simple EXEC query to Excel. In SSMS it takes 8 seconds to run and returns approx 85k rows. When I add the query to Excel the preview pops right up, but when I go to 'Clo...
If I let sit for a while I get the following error:
"[Excel DataSource Error] Microsoft SQL: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding"
I have the same issue, any solution to it?
My excel version is Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2201 Build 16.0.14827.20158) 64-bit
