error while trying to fetch the data from SQL publication

We are facing an issue while trying to fetch the SQL replication data. Below is the error
Unable to start execution of step 1 (reason: Error authenticating proxy DOMAIN\USERID, system error: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer. ('Access this computer from network'))

Appreciate if someone can guide us on a possible solution to this issue
