Error when trying to compare schemes remotely via hamachi vpn

The situation is this: I have 2 internet in my house, a 100 mbit fiber optic and another internet provider via 50 mbit coaxial cable. It turns out that I have to attend to many SQL Server 2017 express databases. I have to update them periodically. (schemes). To update remotely I use Hamachi VPN, and I configure the firewall and sql server network permissions on the remote computer, that works perfectly. Obviously I use data tools from visual studio 2022. The point is that on one of the networks (the fiber optic one does not let me update) and on the other it does. Do you have any idea what could be happening? It gives me the feeling that it is some protocol or something that the provider blocks. How can I find out what Data Tools needs to work? thanks since now.
