Error Agent: "No status message was logged by the replication agent in 10 minutes..."
Hi all...
Sometimes i had this Error:
"Error messages:
No status message was logged by the replication agent in 10 minutes. The agent may have stopped responding or the system may be heavily loaded. Verify that records are replicated to the target and that the subscriber, publisher, and distributor connections are still active."
...and the sychronisation is stopped. 
Question:
1. What can i do against this?
2. Can i get a mail with this error? (or anything error 
)

There might be a latency, a lack of resources, or connectivity issues on the subscriber SQL server.
