I think you have an architecture problem.
Can you share what type of reports you need to show to all personnel in your organization?
SSRS is designed to support all company departments. Then there should be sections inside that are specific to some departments. If you disconnect the AD authentication from SSRS, Then all people can access all items. This is not correct form architectural aspect.
If you have a common section that should be accessed by all employees, Consider creating a folder inside SSRS, and give a A.D. group 'everyone' browse permission. Then anyone can access the SSRS portal in same way he login in to the operating system.
