Manish1255 , for learning and testing you can use the free Developer Edition, it equals Enterprise feature set.

Thanks for pointing this out. But I am still wondering if as a student with access to Azure Education account, will I be able to download SQL Server 2022 Standard Edition as it was available before (SQL Server 2019 Standard Edition) for students.
