Database Relantionships

I am making a Recruitment Management Application, and I am not sure about the relationships that I must make between these tables (Applicant, Interview, Recruiter)  

Do I have to add new tables?

Any Suggestions?

    Aldidi , by doing it ...?!?

    I don't understand, what the issue is.

    Use CREATE TABLE command to create a new table and the add it to the ER diagram.
