MS has retired its traditional SQL server certifications such as the microsoft certified solution associate ( MCSA ) for sql server as part of shift towards role-based certifications focusing on azure cloud.
A relavant certification is the Microsoft Certified : Azure Database Administrator Associate, which assesses your ability to manage and implement operational aspects of cloud native and hybrid data platform solutions built on azure services.
