Could not load file or assembly

Hi Guys!

SQL Server Management Studio displays following error at startup

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServ0er.SqlTDiagM version=14.100.0.0

Don't matter which version of SSMS I'm using 2016 or 2017 result it's the same error.

I have been searching for some clue how to fix it for a last few days, all similar errors I have found where related to Visual Studio.

Does someone come across this issue before?
