Can't connect to SQL Server 2014 and 2012 with SSL after upgrading to OPENSSL 3.0

Hello there,

While trying to connect to SQL Server version 2014 and 2012 getting a connection failure (able to connect to the newer versions).

This is happening after upgrading to OPENSSL 3.0.Proviously, was able to connect while using OPENSSL 1.1.1.Any idea why this might be happening?
