Cannot start SQL Server instance: did not respond in a timely fashion

Suddenly my SQL Server instance stopped. When I try to start it in SQL Server Configuration Manager I get the following output:

Meanwhile, althought I can't perfectly remember, I may have tried installing SQL Express Server 2022, and the installed version is SQL Server 2019. Could it have broken the server?

Furthermore, I have already tried all the fixes proposed in the internet. 

Where can I find the logs?
