Cannot Download SSRS 2019 Installer

Does anybody know what has happened to SSRS 2019?  If I look for "download SSRS 2019" I find the following link:   https://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=100122   But If I click on it...

I have no problem using that link to download SSRS 2019; works for me.
