Can I uninstall 2014 after SQL 2017 upgrade

Hi Team,

Recently I have successfully upgraded the SQL server 2014 to 2017 enterprises editions.
I have query is can I uninstall 2014 server.?
How to access the 2017 SQL server with existing 2014 databases? Kindly help me.

I have installed SSMS 18.x as well.
